2. The higher tier a system, the higher level the faction rats should be. Ie a teir 5 system in a large should have 2-3 bc rats that tank/dps well enough where it require you to have several people engaging them or a bc yourself.
3. Please make capturing systems somewhat connected. ie if cal fw flip a system, only systems within 2 jumps can be captured. Thus making staging systems more important to take.
4. Fix the ranks, people are getting demoted for finishing plexs. shooting wrecks. I dropped 2 ranks for looting someones wreck in my fleet. wth
5. Im glad someone out there can get 5 extra factory slots. As if these are in demand in lowsec. This needs to be adjusted to something else to benefit pvper's. like Idk, lower repair bills. derp
Yeah no. Let's see why:
1. No it doesn't. Right now I can D-Plex Innia if I so chose and get roughly 20m ISK an hour for little to no effort in one of our safest systems as CalMil to plex in. That's better than mining in highsec sans a maxed miner with boosts. Imo defensive plexing is too easy and farm heavy and needs balancing in some way...either lower payouts or something else.
2. Agreed to an extent. What I feel is that the rats need to scale into more respectable amounts. The NPC's are just too weak and capsuleers are just too strong comparatively. A good fix would be increased tank/dps of the NPC rats in plexes, or more spawns, or irregular spawns (random reinforcements throughout the duration but not overkill).
3. The "borderlands" or "front line" mechanic has been discussed, debated, and every other simile I can come up with. Someone grab a thesaurus. Talk to your CSM member instead of posting here about it, but don't expect a lot to happen...FW just got a huge rework just seven or so months ago so don't expect another major change like this anytime soon.
4. I have never heard of anyone ever being demoted...period. Our FCs in my corp even have a policy of calling a blue that ignores orders as primary - resulting in large standings loss across most of our members. I've yet to hear, in any instance, of a loss in rank. Ever. Pics or gtfo etc etc, or petition.
5. Good idea actually, but insubstantial. Ignore the other good points (reduced jump clone costs being the one I enjoy the most) as well. That said, I highly doubt this change will take place. Again, bring it up to the appropriate CSM who may take this case up. Then again, a 5% reduction in repair costs would be in the thousands of ISK so not really a noticeable change. 50% at tier 5 could be extreme OP when repairing large quantities of items....to the extent of the enemy potentially using alts to dock and use the reduced repair amount en bulk.
